      - Convenient downtown location - Free coffee/snacks and birthday lunch - Easy interview - Nice coworkers

      Inconvénients

      - Low pay, but expected of an entry-level position. Takes advantage of inexperienced new grads and immigrants. - Uncommunicative management, no training or mentorship. You're expected to figure things out by yourself. - Shady business practices, using extremely barebones web apps to milk funding for clients.
