      Avantages

      This is a very collaborative company that does amazing, extremely difficult work. These projects are difficult to execute and aren’t for the faint of heart. I’ve noticed that this tends to weed out team members that aren’t interested in working hard and doing whatever it takes to get there

      Inconvénients

      Hard work especially if you don’t enjoy that sort of thing!

      Great people, Great training. Entire team gives 100%, 100% of the time. They build awesome projects and are aligned on a mission to be best in class.

      Bonus structure set up so that most of the company doesn't see a bonus no matter how hard they work and how much the company makes on a particular project.
