      I did not enjoy my time working for Synectics.

      Inconvénients

      Micro-managed culture. They required me to get social security numbers from candidates for submissions on the first phone call. Management is unfriendly. Expensive healthcare benefits with limited coverage. You are competing with multiple companies and take the heat if your candidate doesn't qualify.
