The tech teams are great to work with and are genuinely working together to achieve great products. Engineers and managers work closely with Scrum Masters and Product managers as part of agile teams.

Inconvénients

Working with the largest telecom companies in the world as your customers can be challenging.

Avantages

Burnout from 17 years of working long hours including evenings and weekends. I have worked 110 hour weeks and several concurrent 100+ hour weeks. I have a strong work ethic and will always go above/beyond what is required of me and take on additional responsibilities outside my role.

Inconvénients

Health issues related to burnout. I have to do a better job at work/life balance, actually take PTO and disconnect. When I would take PTO, I would still attend calls and respond to emails as I felt it my responsibility to serve my customers.
