      For fresher this company is good. Flexible timings to office.

      Inconvénients

      Growth for experienced is very difficult, People who stays over long years will become dumb. No updated in technologies who work in legacy projects.

      Avantages

      Burnout from 17 years of working long hours including evenings and weekends. I have worked 110 hour weeks and several concurrent 100+ hour weeks. I have a strong work ethic and will always go above/beyond what is required of me and take on additional responsibilities outside my role.

      Inconvénients

      Health issues related to burnout. I have to do a better job at work/life balance, actually take PTO and disconnect. When I would take PTO, I would still attend calls and respond to emails as I felt it my responsibility to serve my customers.
