      Avantages

      Good place to work and get good salary.

      Inconvénients

      People have reached high position without any knowledge of how to handle team and project. The people who work are not happy bcoz of that person so good people leave the company and project hangs with unsatisfied client.

      Avantages

      Burnout from 17 years of working long hours including evenings and weekends. I have worked 110 hour weeks and several concurrent 100+ hour weeks. I have a strong work ethic and will always go above/beyond what is required of me and take on additional responsibilities outside my role.

      Inconvénients

      Health issues related to burnout. I have to do a better job at work/life balance, actually take PTO and disconnect. When I would take PTO, I would still attend calls and respond to emails as I felt it my responsibility to serve my customers.
