Avantages
At SwiftTech there is a lot of opportunities for a employee. Many of the top level employees that are there today started at the bottom. They appreciate hardwork and you feel as a part of something bigger. You have a lot of opportunity to learn and try new things. I feel as my ideas are appreciated as a team member and that everyone is valued. The pay scale for hard work is great. They have continued education programs, 401k with contribution, medical, vacation, etc. Certain positions get to work from home some days. You will learn a lot at this company, more then any other i worked for.
Inconvénients
SwiftTech has great beneifts of working for the company. They have a hard work ethic and they do not accept members that don't meet expectations. If you aren't a hard work and can't think on your feet it will be very hard.
