      Avantages

      Full time job in a factory, weekly pay which is a fair wage. Workers have the chance to improve and work up towards other levels. Takes safety first seriously.

      Inconvénients

      No part time work available in the main factory which would be useful for people who have children who need to be taken to/picked up from school.
