The company was founded to "create a great place to work" Strong company The culture is one well suited for a self-drive person and one that wants to lean and lead You are surrounded by people that are very smart, compassionate and humble. No prima donnas are allowed in the company Continually voted as one of the top places to work (SC and Inc) Friday lunch - for those in Columbia the company pays for a group lunch on Friday. Very cool workspace - we bought an old historic building and remodeled it.

We are thin on management Culture may be too informal for some personalities Improvements could be made to getting people up to speed (little formal training though there is tons of materials available). We deal directly with customers so they can be demanding and irrational at times. We do like new hires to work in the office if they live in columbia. From our experience the employee gains a lot of by being physically surrounded by others that have similar drive and diverse experiences.
