Flat organization; relatively good salary; friendly and relaxed atmosphere; truly international and very inclusive team; highly skilled professionals around, especially software and electronics developers; high-quality market-leading products; comfortable modern office; flexible vacation planning.

Enormous micromanagement for all employees; unprofessional and inefficient, though kind management style; no canteen and no good lunch options in the area; poor product marketing; deliberate misleading about the job role during the hiring process that fills most positions with overqualified people.
