Avantages
Sutter's employees are great, hard working, fun and experienced. Working there is a joy, working with the students also keeps me on my A game.
Inconvénients
Sutter gets caught in a bureaucratic battle between the state and jcaho and the Sutter policies. As a result, sutter comes up with some pretty stupid and senseless policies which really don't directly effect patient care, but boggs down the employee with extra paperwork and steps which in effect takes longer to complete ANY Ttask. This results in longer wait times for patients, and unhappy employees. To be fair, I have never met Pat Fry, I couldn't pick him out of a crowd if I wanted to. It's my immediate supervisors in my department that I am talking about, but I can only assume that they were directed by upper management.
