      Avantages

      They have some reasonable cost affordable solution and quick turnaround with fixes. The office is located close to the new 49ners stadium.

      Inconvénients

      CEO has no idea how to treat his employees or run a high tech company. One minute he's your best friend and the next day he's telling you your terrible and he needs to reduce what he's paying you. High turnover and horrendous morale. Trying to get him to spend any money on reasonable support tools or marketing is as painful as it gets.

      A nice automatic Disaster Recovery for small companies not enterprise ready.

      I had to say something about the owner of this company Ravi Goyal. Actually worked there before 2017 The owner of this company is a very angry man. I personally saw a new hire run out the door crying she was so upset at how disrespectful he was to her. She never came back. I personally showed him the underlying operating system of suredge appliance. Ubuntu. He kept saying it was a different variant. That was a surprise he did not know his own product. He favored certain immigrants over Americans. One of his employees always came to work with a drinking problem but he did not care. If you were a slave to him he would like you. He would go out of his way to start arguments with you, just to try and show his superiority. Stay Stay far away from this company.
