      Avantages

      make your own schedule. Work independently.

      Inconvénients

      driving mentally ill clients around in your own car. Enabling clients to depend on clinicians for rides. No significant changes with clients as agency has made them comfortable. Not able to bill Medicaid for transport time which is the bulk of the time spent with clients.
