Inconvénients
While Superior does employ AMAZING union iron workers who indeed make the tough look easy, working as a non union employee in office is anything but. Patrick Lewis and Jason McFadden do everything they can to skim the fat and line their own pockets by forcing employees to work roles that are designed for 2 or 3 people. Not only that, they choose not to compensate for said extra work. Patricks leadership skills are revolting. If something isn't done to his liking- he screams and belittles individuals. This makes for the most dysfunctional office one could ever imagine. Not to mention favoritism, employees sleeping with multiple individuals in the leadership team to be allowed to hold a title but not do anything for the company. Be prepared to have no resemblance of a home or social life bc you will be in office until 8 pm most nights, taking piles of files home on the weekend... only to be asked why you didn't do more.
