Avantages

Great training and culture was good especially with my manager (varies). Can make a lot of money.

Inconvénients

Lead volume can really fluctuate. System that determines who gets leads I think isn't the best. You can have an amazing month and then be at the bottom of the rankings within a couple slow weeks. Can't just coast on the leads you are given. You have to really hustle sometimes to keep money consistent.

I met many talented people and built valuable relationships during my time there.

Customer expectations can sometimes be difficult to manage due to installation timelines, permitting delays, or utility-related issues that are outside of a sales representative's control. Advancement opportunities may vary depending on your market and leadership team. Some former employees have also cited concerns about management consistency and turnover.
