      Avantages

      Pay is good, benefits are adequate. Liberal time off policy. Fitness center on site. Competent medical staff (doctor and staff) on site. Very serious concerning safety.

      Inconvénients

      Stressful for middle management. Employment treated almost as ownership. Poor work/life balance. "John Wayn-ish" culture. Mutual respect style management can be seen as sign of weakness. Old style management mindset.

      Avantages

      Great manager but team can be quite cliquey if you don't fit in, great demanding work

      Inconvénients

      Culture fit is not the best but if you are able to fit in then I would say it's amazing
