Avantages

After a year and a half of slaving away, finally started making money.

Inconvénients

Company is owned by a wealthy family in Arizona so they are looking to hire very seasoned and talented automotive salesmen who can build the business. As soon as a store is banking hard money with a stable customer base, they will throw you under the bus for absolutely no other reason but to move their employees from Las Vegas, Nevada or Phoenix, Arizona. They used me to open a store in Lakeway for a year and a half starting out making zero money because there was no customers to building a booming and profitable business. Beware. If you are looking for a future with a good company - this is not it. They're main goal is to transfer over their out-of-state good old boy management cronies. And they will shift you around different stores to make sure you can train their staff and make all their other stores enough money on your local expertise of the Austin market, before they replace you with the out-of-towners.

Avantages

High-volume stores mean you stay busy and can make good hours Bonus structure can be strong when the store is hitting targets

Inconvénients

Lower customer flow can make it harder to hit sales and bonus targets KPI pressure can still stay high even when volume is slow Bonus payouts may be inconsistent due to limited RO volume Corporate policies can feel rigid with less flexibility in slower stores Staffing issues still impact performance expectations Pay can feel uneven when base volume doesn’t support targets Part markup is extremely high, making selling difficult and allows competition to beat your price easily.
