Avantages
The pros of working at Summit are practically endless. The support system we have here to get our projects complete is by far the best I’ve experienced in my work history. There’s always someone that can help you on site or a phone call/ FaceTime away that can guide you through processes, you’re never stuck. At Summit there’s so much opportunity and room for growth, with a determined mindset it’s completely attainable to work your way up to a higher position. This is a family first company that is employee favorable and I enjoy everyday working here.
Inconvénients
Some of the challenges are the jobs themselves. Whenever we attract new members I can’t stress enough how extreme the weather and different factors take part in working here! We’re working on roofs all year around and although it is challenging we manage with our great teams to accomplish these together.
