      Reasonable hours and responsibilities. No time wasted in meetings. Clear industry and expectations.

      Inconvénients

      Working as an automotive tier 1 supplier to Ford and Chrysler can be grueling and annoying.

      Avantages

      The pay is OK. There are some good people employed here. Decent benefits. 401k. Pto Vacation after 1 yr Yearly raises for the first 5 yrs.

      Inconvénients

      Poor management. No work, home balance, they expect you to live at work. The 401k is forced, you can not decline it. Best believe, this company doesn't care about employees. No communication from the top down. Something will change and you won't be notified til you've done it the previous way and get in trouble. Point system is horrendous, it takes 2 months perfect attendance to get 1 point back. Pto is hard to use. Gets denied often. Even with plenty of notice.
