      Avantages

      Hard work is rewarded and an entrepreneurial spirit is encouraged. There is also a lot of room for growth and development. It's a boutique firm where employees come first, resources are always available and we treat every customer with care, responsiveness and professionalism. Great reputation in the community. I have constant direct contact with the VP and owner. That cannot be said for large organizations.

      Inconvénients

      Can't think of any. Construction is fast paced and there is much competition.

      Avantages

      Great opportunities for advancement for young, driven professionals. Exposure to many different project types and some rather notable local clients. Employee contributions appreciated and effort put forth by company for recognition and training. Community conscious company.

      Inconvénients

      Work/life balance out of proportions. Projects often bid for 'fast and cheap' but not necessarily 'right'. Experience can be overwhelming for very new professionals to handle possibly leading to early burnout.
