Avantages
The flexibility, and security of a higher pay rate, found working for SubREADY would be hard to find anywhere else. Assignments were available up to weeks in advance with most assignments offered same day. A great part of the job was that there wasn't an obligation to accept a minimum amount of assignments.
I also liked that it was up to me to create work for myself. I was able to build a good reputation with different schools. These schools were then able to specifically request me to work for them. It is great because SubREADY gets a lot of work assignments and I was able to accept these assignments, build a relationship with the schools, and get even more work.
Inconvénients
Unlike a 9-5 job, it was up to me to ensure that I was paid. If an invoice was turned in late, got lost, or was hard to read then pay could be delayed. A friend told me that they now use an electronic invoice system that fixed pay errors.
