Avantages
Job advancement oppurtunies, meaning you can promoted fast however your pay will only increase by only 25 cents. It is a good place to gain a management title and gain experience but its not a job where you would want to stay for long.
Inconvénients
The company is cheap cheap cheap! they play there store managers 12-13 dollars. Assistant Managers $9-9.75!! The company does not give any extra payroll hours for floor sets, markdowns, major promo set ups, ect. They opening manager is expected to work by theselves for 4-4.5 hours. You cant leave the sales floor so how can you use the bathroom??? you cant! How can you take a break?? you cant! During christmas they also run on one and 2 part coverage! They will schedule floorset and markdowns, and whatever else all on the same day. I have never worked for a company that is so disorganized. If they lose a manager they take a very long time to replace them and trust me ALL the store are constantly understaffed. They cannot keep employees. they will EXPECT managers to drive to other stores for weeks to help out another store without consideration for their outside lives. This list could go on andd on.
