      Avantages

      Flexible work environment, great relationship with coworkers, great benefits and vacation hours, fun team to be around when we are all together.

      Inconvénients

      Not a grassroots movement, very politically based. Poor management and communication in most cases is lacking, the structure is very broken and pay is not adequate to work done.

      Avantages

      They've got a real collaborative atmosphere that's fun to be a part of. They have MacBook Air for each of the interns to use in the office. They give you hands on experience with the higher ups in the company. They hold a lot of tutorials to teach you about policies and best practices.

      Inconvénients

      You have to really love politics to work there. It's definitely a polarizing field so be prepared for some people to vehemently oppose what you do. As with all internships there is a lot of boring grunt work that goes along with the learning and excitement.
