      Avantages

      Great mission-driven individuals. Hip, young & "fun". And... if certain mgrs. like you, you're good as gold.

      Inconvénients

      If you're not already aligned with their cause, don't bother. You'll only be disappointed at the lack of openness. You are not there to provide your opinion. Also since there are so many young individuals on staff, don't expect to get mentored or learn from seasoned professionals. Staff development not generally supported. Operations/HR is a sub-par. Senior management bicker unnecessarily and publicly. Not a professional environment.

      Avantages

      They've got a real collaborative atmosphere that's fun to be a part of. They have MacBook Air for each of the interns to use in the office. They give you hands on experience with the higher ups in the company. They hold a lot of tutorials to teach you about policies and best practices.

      Inconvénients

      You have to really love politics to work there. It's definitely a polarizing field so be prepared for some people to vehemently oppose what you do. As with all internships there is a lot of boring grunt work that goes along with the learning and excitement.
