Avantages
Employees are treated as responsible adults, management has minimal impact. There is no need for micro-managment because, coworkers are motivated and reliable. There are obligatory working hours, but it is not enforced in practice. You can divert from the usual schedule if you discuss it with management. You can also work from home most days, but the guys here are nice, so I recommend on site work. Most people are working here for a long time. Everyone has high school degree or above and can speak English decently. They are very helpful. I never experienced someone turning down my request for help. I never felt pressured, the projects are not rushed. The products are tested thoroughly which makes developement much less stressful than my previous job. Also, I did not see office drama here.
Inconvénients
The current office kitchen is very small, more than 5 people cannot comfortably sit down and have lunch. The company structure is flat, so advancement is not really an option. This might not be a problem if you are happy with what you are doing.
