There are some great people that work here - made some lasting friendships while I was there.
Inconvénients
Management doesn't practice what they preach - and they do preach. Another review mentioned bringing religion and political views into the office which is 100% true. It was hard to grow here and very difficult to stay motivated because everything always felt so negative and if anything went wrong, it was the team's fault, but never management's responsibility. It isn't a healthy workplace environment and anything they say about work-life-balance is a lie. After I left, it was like someone pulled the wool out of my eyes and I could finally understand why I was so unhappy there all the time. They need to make some SERIOUS adjustments in order to attract new employees or keep the ones they have because the way that management ran the business when I left was straight out of the 1950's with the exception of using laptops and email. Nothing wrong with being conservative, but don't shove it down everyone's throats and make them feel like they are in the wrong for not sharing political and religious views with the CEO.
