Hectic seasons for storage can be overwhelming.

Flexible work schedule and great customers.

Terrible pay, bad communication, the buildings are dangerous and in hazardous condition. Upper management lies and has a terrible training process ( meaning training isn't clear). The company is disorganized and their buildings are in violation of several building codes. Lastly, their systems and processes are terrible. Many of the customers are family and friends of the owner. The owner has over 14 self storage units too himself. Don't waste your time working here. If you want to get into the self storage industry find another company.
