      -Decent salary starting out -Room to grow within company -Commission and bonus on top of salary -Great way to break into sales market -Non-monotonous

      Inconvénients

      -Strict monthly goals -Pressure from owners -Job environment depends on current owners of the studio -Can feel overwhelming if you are not great with time management and delegating tasks
