Avantages
Strattic is a company that takes care of its own. It has a family-first mentality that is actualized through amazing benefits. Included in those benefits is a constant push from the company to take time for your physical and mental health. I am constantly surprised by how much they invest in their employees. Additionally, the people in Strattic are amazing, eager to help (even though their plate is full), and just fun to be around. Even though we are a remote company, there is a big focus on keeping that warm and friendly culture alive. It is also inspiring to be working on a product that brings incredible value and security to the massive WordPress community. It's always good to have a reminder that your work can help millions of people have a more secure, fast, and scalable website.
Inconvénients
As I've found at many young companies, sometimes the documentation is lacking, which makes getting up to speed a bit harder. That being said, it is something that is actively being worked on and improved.
