      Avantages

      Relaxed work environment, Management does try to work with the employees if employees need to take care of personal issues related to health or family, Management shows true concern for work / life balance of employees

      Inconvénients

      Employees can sometimes feel detached from company goals, Employees can feel very uncertain about how to approach corporate leadership with possible moves to grow profit and stability for the company

      Avantages

      Good introduction to Energy/Oil&Gas industry as well as reliability engineering and data mining. A lot of exposure to working to people from different backgrounds. Small company so can get involved in bigger projects quickly and make an impact in the company.

      Inconvénients

      Small size of company can be a plus, but it can also have negative consequences in terms of salary and growth opportunities.

      Avantages

      The people I worked directly with and managed were fantastic. That's about it.

      Inconvénients

      Unnecessarily rigid at times. Management doesn't appreciate or support independent thought. For an independent thinker it's very unpleasant.
