Easy - Avis employé Call Center Representative Strata Networks

The management sucks. We did training far longer than needed and then they just wanted us to shadow, For weeks I sat behind someone and would get reprimanded for not paying good enough attention??? I paid attention but if I didn't look super enthusiastic to WATCH someone work for 8 hours straight then they felt as if you weren't learning. The thing is they seem to believe their system is so complicated to use, that they have the longest training and onboarding I have ever seen. I was ready to work on my own two weeks in yet I sat there 8 hours a day for over a month doing nothing but enthusiastically smiling behind someone watching them work.
