      Avantages

      A welcoming, encouraging and friendly environment to work in. I have been encouraged to grow and have had hard work and achievements recognised by those around me.

      Inconvénients

      Very few negatives to working here. Staff are encouraged to take the initiative and there's a flat hierachy which suits the company culture, but might not suit those who require rigid direction.

      Great location, excellent office environment, your not micro managed

      Inconvénients

      Salaries could be better, increases over the last few years have been lower than expected. No bonuses over last few years, reintroduced in 2026.
