      Avantages

      Il y a de la place pour l'avancement dans d'autres départements, mais la plupart d'entre eux ont un mauvais leadership et exercent beaucoup de pression pour faire toujours plus.

      Inconvénients

      Le bureau dans son ensemble est mal dirigé, peu professionnel et égocentrique. La culture d'entreprise est également très mauvaise et vous travaillerez aux côtés de personnes peu scrupuleuses en raison d'un fort taux de rotation du personnel. Vous devrez effectuer des heures supplémentaires obligatoires jusqu'à deux semaines d'affilée. La formation est également médiocre.

      Everyone there was extremely helpful and kind. Truly it was a great environment to work in. Your staffed on at least 2-3 projects at a time but its not as overwhelming as I thought it would be.

      Inconvénients

      There's a lot of changes happening at the executive level.
