      Avantages

      Je travaille chez Strada depuis 12 ans, et l'entreprise a connu de nombreuses évolutions. Aujourd'hui, l'entreprise a le même charme qu'il y a bien longtemps, et c'est formidable. La direction est à l'écoute et travaille à vos côtés plutôt qu'au-dessus. La communication est excellente et j'apprécie vraiment notre PDG, Colin. Strada a de belles perspectives et je suis ravi d'en faire partie.

      Inconvénients

      La séparation d'Alight a été difficile, mais la situation s'améliore à mesure que nous approchons de la séparation définitive. Le plus dur a été les problèmes techniques. Mais nous sommes tous dans le même bateau. Énervants ? Oui. Mais tout le monde est très ouvert aux commentaires, aux suggestions et prêt à aider. Je préfère les problèmes techniques à la toxicité, sans hésiter.

      Everyone there was extremely helpful and kind. Truly it was a great environment to work in. Your staffed on at least 2-3 projects at a time but its not as overwhelming as I thought it would be.

      Inconvénients

      There's a lot of changes happening at the executive level.
