      Avantages

      Great place to invest your time where you can feel purpose and appreciation. Work life balance and career growth potential.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is not amazing but completely worth working your way up to decent pay and being able to still have a life. All of my past salaries have required 50+ hours with no compensation.

      Avantages

      There are no pros here

      Inconvénients

      No training, constant criticism , low wages, hard labor job, pay-for-performance based on things out of your control. Low “bonuses” no real leadership within the company.
