It sounds like a few topics were top of mind. With regard to compensation, we regularly review compensation benchmarks which guides our compensation philosophy and rate ranges. We use salary surveys from the label industry as well as a well-known market compensation tool. We run our business paying market rates for each employee at StickerGiant, in addition to offering a quarterly profit-sharing mechanism called, gain share. With regard to your second topic around listening to employees, it is unfortunate to hear this did not meet your expectations. Our internal structures are designed in such a way to ensure all voices are heard, issues are raised and addressed, and accountability lives at all levels. Finally, as you think about growth opportunities, we have a strong track record of promoting from within and creating a supportive place for people to grow (44% of our positions were filled with an internal employee in 2019). Our culture and the leadership team supports employee growth beyond many companies out there.
