I’m surrounded by creative and supportive people.

But the management is the exception. Despite having amazing co-workers, the leadership here is mediocre at best and incompetent at worst. Our leaders here at Stephens Direct are unsupportive. They don’t give us any guidance, and they rarely ask for feedback from the employees. Due to the incompetent and weak leadership, the departments here remain uncoordinated. And the work environment stays chaotic.
