-reasonable pay for therapists and good benefits/time off

Inconvénients
-documentation was a stressful beast (hopefully this has changed now)
-CEO makes a wild amount of money, his 6 figure salary doubled within a few years while some case managers were working two jobs to make ends meet
-very low pay for program participants (less than minimum wage) who were doing things like housekeeping for the office as part of a “job skills” program
-union busting tactics that were against federal protections for unionizing
