Good place to start as a stepping stone, but do not expect to stay long and hope for career advancement. ALL positions are set. This is not a place to stay and grow. OK starting salary, not great, not the worst. Work environment: Pretty lax about clock-in/out time Easy to take days off Generally friendly coworkers Facilities: Clean facilities, big parking lot TV in lunch/break room Spacious Close to freeway, easy access
Inconvénients
Leadership lacks direction Previous senior employees caused a lot of people to be laid off ~1-2 years ago. Still in the process if rebuilding stability Senior employees do not care much for junior employees. Driven by selfish gain rather than team growth
