      Avantages

      -Working on vehicle development is challenging but rewarding, both humanly and technically. -If you have ideas, to save time, or cost, management is willing to listen to you. -The salary are correct if you have the proper diplomas ("cadre" status). -Work pressure is reasonable, and human always came first for the positions I had. -It is easy to change job within the company

      Inconvénients

      -Different level of Management focus on short term results but lake of consistency for long term project (cross functional activities) -No Lean management, although official policy claim to. -Game of power between Marketting, Style and Engineering, which create NVA during project development. Some manager avoid making real decision for political reason.

      Avantages

      This is a company where you can learn a lot if you are willing to take initiative. There are many talented people you can connect with who are willing to help you improve and do your job better. I also believe there is a real opportunity to regain stability and grow professionally.

      Inconvénients

      There are still some organizational challenges, including unclear ownership in certain areas and a high level of uncertainty. The onboarding process could also be improved, as it mainly focuses on general company benefits and HR information, rather than providing role-specific training or guidance for the actual job responsibilities.
