      Avantages

      For their size, Stealth has a lot of experienced senior level marketers and designers. It's a great place for young driven individuals to learn and develop career skills. Stealth's size (around 30 employees) allows for employees to work on a variety of marketing tactics with a variety of clients. The flat hierarchy empowers employees to make decisions and grow professionally.

      Inconvénients

      Stealth quickly turns work around which can be stressful at times.

      New management has made a lot of positive changes Very team oriented, really care about their employees Always looking for opportunities for additional education for staff members Energetic, creative environment to work in Employees and management that are very focused on creating the best possible work (but also know how to have fun) Management is very approachable and always looking for input from the staff

      I have no cons for Stealth.
