Avantages
Generous PTO and healthcare coverage. You will work with people you like and do not like, as is every job, but the company when I was employed was just large enough that almost everyone knew everyone else. This could also be a con.
Inconvénients
In my experience, not everyone was rowing the boat, and the ones who did row did not always want to row in the same direction. Countless company meetings with the owner calling out the same names of current employees, he always has for not executing his plans properly. Another common occurrence in these meetings is that a laundry list of former employees and partners' names will be smeared for any reason the owner sees fit. This part is also very repetitive; there are so many names that I doubt the owner even really remembers his issues with them or even what they look like. He is just used to bad-mouthing them at this point; it is his routine.
