      Avantages

      Leaving there everyday without committing a crime against the owner. A couple of people there were nice, and even one of the investors. Does make you think how does someone like an investor not see the true colors of a narcissist though.

      Inconvénients

      Owner is glass and mirrors narcissist that has no clue how to run a company, much less something in aviation.

      Great people who provide all of the tools to work with and a great team of very helpful people.

      Avantages

      None really. Maybe meeting other like minded individuals.

      Inconvénients

      Unprofessional environment/owner. Did not pay me but demanded long work hours. Employment labor laws were an existing. Apparently the turn over there is off the charts with over 30 employees in less than 3 years, keep in mind there’s only five desks for workers. Did not learn anything from the owner, all he ever spoke about was his time in the radio industry which was confusing because I thought I was there to learn about aviation.
