      Young staff , flex time, no dress code

      Inconvénients

      Highly disorganized, low staff qualifications for counseling PhD students.( I was one of two PhDs out of staff of 19.) Emphasis on production not quality of advice. Insidious "peer review" method of simply copying each other's work. Ethical concerns,
