      Avantages

      The biggest pro is for me is how much I've learned since starting here. The friendly atmosphere and pragmatic approach to solving problems makes it a great place to work and learn. One of my favorite places to work by far.

      Inconvénients

      No substantial cons. Would prefer to have more work, but it's begun to come in at a more steady pace as.

      Avantages

      This is the first REAL full service web development shop in Staten Island that provides end to end service to their clients by providing truly custom web solutions. The company is very honest to their clients and employees. One could not ask for a better situation because the environment is awesome. I have been learning more than I could imagine working here. I receive the guidance I need as well as opportunities to go out and try and develop things on my own. Senior level developers/management encourage collaboration between all levels and I have never once felt funny about asking a question if I didn't know or wasnt sure about something.

      Inconvénients

      It's a growing business and I wish work was a little more consistent
