Avantages
Ongoing training, new leadership academies launched for promotional growth, large spacious offices, ability to work many over time hours but I believe that's no longer offered from people I still talk to there. matching 401K and decent health insurance. management always has a listening ear and easy to get along with, same with co-workers. Opportunities to cash in on relatively easy bonuses and OT hours.
Inconvénients
Hours (Don't know where all the flexible scheduling reviews came from). I started at 7 am at times and left at 11 pm at times although some of this was optional overtime I took on, but you do have to work days, nights and weekends. Job can get very monotonous and very boring. Dealing with close to 150 inbound and outbound calls a day. Dealing with demographics and very aged accounts that are very difficult if not impossible to collect from and then being held accountable for stratospheric net fee goals that can lead to job termination and did for many reps. Automatic call dialer that has always been and will always be slower than a turtle in mud. Success is based more on luck and which client your handed and not individual skill.
