Avantages
Stars and Stories offers a lot of flexibility regarding working hours and working remotely which results in a good work-life balance. It is a dynamic work environment, and in my role, no day is the same. The diversity in the team is something I appreciate.
Inconvénients
It is a dynamic work environment but it can be a little too chaotic sometimes. Due to the COVID pandemic, there are not a lot of social gatherings or company events, which I personally miss sometimes.
