      Avantages

      Many great colleagues in centres.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of chaos in the organisation, often underpinned by insufficient staffing. No chances for progression and your job will almost certainly not be what you were employed to do. Only 20 days holiday and general 'get away with as little perks/positives as possible towards staff' from senior management.

      Great People/Team, Fulfilled after each day, Company Pouch was transparent, Learning Opportunities to develop professionally and personally.

      Inconvénients

      Pay for the role you undertake, Stress, Repetition each day felt a drag, the team plays a big factor luckily for me most of the team i worked in made it fun as can be.
