      Lots of opportunity to move around and/or up the corp ladder

      Inconvénients

      not well managed - they need to offer management courses and/ or hire people with management experience. They also out too much work on individual employees rather than hiring more staff.

      Solid workplace culture, enjoyable experience. PTO grows significantly in first few years. Solid insurance options, up to $0 premium.

      Inconvénients

      Pay lags industry, raises seemingly only match inflation if received. Raises for promotions within department lack substantial increase.
