      Avantages

      Nothing anymore. The things they consider pros now days are things most companies have as standards.

      Inconvénients

      Mandatory OT every week a lot including Sundays. Get lied to. Not everyone is treated fairly. Don't promote from within. Hire people from the outside who are clueless and pay them a lot.

      Avantages

      Good products and potential growth there. Many good people, except many are overlooked. Decent pay and bonuses. Great Engineering Manager, but other managers, not so much. Decent holidays/vacation and OT is not demanded.

      Inconvénients

      HR is substantially lacking in the knowledge of what different roles in the company should do and also what is necessary in each department. Not a cohesive group overall and they did two large layoffs in just the four years I was there. Then when things are going well, they cannot find enough people. Corner office lacks vision for growth and expansion.
